Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Hargan Fine Goods. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and transparently across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations We ship directly to all cities, regions, and provinces within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

  • Flat Shipping Rate: 25 SAR (applicable on orders shipped within Saudi Arabia).

  • Delivery Timeframe: 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Note: Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp to track your parcel in real-time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification

  • If you select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address.

  • Our customer support team or delivery agent may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount (in SAR) ready upon parcel arrival.

5. Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses, including national address/short code details where applicable.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect contact details or customer unavailability, the courier will re-attempt delivery. Repeated failure to accept the shipment may result in order cancellation.
